West Indies began their chase with the big man the “Universe Boss” Christopher Henry Gayle and with Sunil Ambris. It was Chris Gayle who went early at 10 runs with only one boundary under his belt. Then it was the West Indian wicket-keeper batsman Shai Hope who failed to make hope for the team to chase with Sunil Ambris. Then it was Nicholas Pooran and Sunil Ambris who built a 55 runs partnership which is the only half-century partnership of the team’s innings. The opening batsman Sunil Ambris who is considered to be the maximum individual run scorer for the team scored 31 off 40 balls with 2 boundaries included. After Nicholas Pooran who gone for 28 off 50 balls it was Shimron Hetmyer who is the 3rd high scorer for West Indies chase who made just 18 off 29 balls with only boundary. Except these batsmen no other Windies batsmen try to survey the mighty Indian bowling attack . It was Mohammad Shami who made a stunning performance with the ball achieved his 8th 4 wicket haul.
